Nihao Platform User Account Cancellation Regulations
Please kindly read the following articles before logging out.Theaccount will no longer available to use after cancellation,including but not limited to:
1.Unable to log in and use the Nihao account, all login waysunder the account are unavailable
2.Personal data and historical information under the accountwill not be retrieved
3.All your rights and interests on the platform (including but notlimited to coupons, VIP rights, etc.) will be invalid.
If you insist on abandoning your account, the followingconditions must be met:
1.As a buyer, you must ensure that your account has nounconfirmed receipt orders on Nihao App
2.There's no record of unresolved disputes under your account
